Wuw Wuw is owned and operated by SA ROSE INVESTMENTS LTD. (collectively, “Wuw Wuw,” “we,” our” or “us). This privacy policy (hereinafter, this “Policy”) explains how Wuw Wuw collects, uses, discloses and manages the personal data of visitors and users (individually, “you”) of our websites, applications and other online services (each, a “Site,” or “Service” and collectively, our “Sites” or “Services”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. It is important that you read this Policy and understand how and why we are using your data. This Policy does not cover third parties, or their services and we do not take any responsibility for how such third parties may use any information they collect. WHO WE ARE

Wuw Wuw and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent company are the owner/operator of, and service provider of a marketplace setting whereby existing bookings, reservations and appointments (a “Booking”) made at restaurants, salons, spas, sports courts and other venues (a “Venue”) can be listed on the Wuw Wuw Site (a “Listing”) for sale, transfer or trade to other Users. The venues fall into the following non-exhaustive categories: Food/Beverage, Personal Care, Sports/Fitness, and Entertainment. Wuw Wuw provides a platform for Users to negotiate the sale, purchase, transfer or trade of Listings (each, a “Transaction”).

  9. I. INFORMATION COLLECTION

    a) Categories of Personal Data we Collect

    We may collect your information in connection with your registration, use, purchase, or inquiries on or about our Sites that link to this Policy.

    Identity Data – By visiting or using our Sites or by creating or signing into a user account (“User Account”), we may collect the following categories of personal information ( “Personal Information") you provide to us: name, address; email address; telephone number; gender; date of birth, age and/or age range; account login details, including your user name and password, avatar, or other account-related information; your identity, public profile, and similar information from social networks such as, but not limited to, Facebook (this may include your employment or education information if you include it in your public profile); billing information; survey responses; demographics; primary city; current and past booking details (including sales, purchases and transfers); booking path; favorite venues; searches; sites or pages visited; marketing responses; photos of you (such as if you add a photo of yourself to your profile); account settings; passwords; contact information of people you add to, or notify of, your bookings through our Sites; customer support and other requests you make through our Sites; reviews and other information you provide on our Sites; and other information you may provide about yourself or others to our Sites or to which you provide us with access via third-party platforms. We do not proactively collect personal information considered as sensitive personal information such as health-related information.

    Device Data – When you visit our Sites or open communications (such as emails), some information is automatically collected from devices (e.g., mobile, computer, laptop, tablet) used to visit or use our Sites including, but not limited to, operating system, access times, browser information (e.g., type, language, and history), internet protocol (IP) address, login data, settings, and other data about your device that we use to provide the services or as otherwise described in this Policy ("Device Information"). We also collect information about your usage and activity on our Sites using certain technologies, such as cookies, web beacons and other.

    Location Data – If you use our Site, we may receive your generic location (such as city or neighborhood) or, with your consent, precise geographic location data from your mobile device when the app is running and when it is not running. We may, for example, receive this information when you search venue locations, enter your local city in your account profile, when you are in proximity to certain beacons, choose to publish your location in reviews you leave for venues on the sites, or in your comments or communications with us. We may use and store this information to provide and improve features of our Sites, for example, to tailor our Sites on a needs-based manner to better facilitate your requests and to provide you more relevant content about venues in your home city or cities you visit.

    Personal information, device information, and location information are collectively referred to as "your information."

    Contact Data – Information about how we can communicate with you, such as email and physical addresses, social media handles, and information you provide to us when you contact us by email or when you communicate with us via social media. This also includes profile data, such as your username and password.

    Financial and Transaction Data – Details about payments to and from you, including credit card, debit card or other payment card details.

    Marketing and Communications Data – Information including but not limited to your preferences in receiving marketing from us.

    User Content – Information you give us in free text fields such as comment boxes, answers you provide when you participate in sweepstakes, contests, votes and surveys, including any other personal data which you may provide through or in connection with our Services.

    b) Sources of Personal Data

    O-Authentication – If you create a User Account by using credentials from a third-party site (for example, Google, Apple or Facebook) (“Third-Party Authentication Site”) we may ask for some permissions to allow us to authenticate your identity, connect to, perform actions with, and retrieve information from your linked Third-Party Authentication Site. Some personal data that you have authorized for sharing will be shared with Wuw Wuw through these Third-Party Authentication Sites, including username, name, email. Please refer directly to your Third-Party Authentication Site for your personalized sharing authorizations.

    c) Access and Correction of your Information

    If you have created an online account with us and would like to update the information you have provided to us, you can access your account to view and make changes or corrections to your information. You may also contact us.

    II. INFORMATION USE AND SHARING

    a) How we Process Data

    We may use your information to provide services, respond to and fulfill your requests, operate and market our Sites, comply with applicable law, and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

    We may use your information for the following purposes ("Purposes"), to: provide you with the services, products, and functionality offered on our Sites and fulfill your requests, including, but not limited to, buying, selling, trading and/or transferring Bookings through our sites; communicate with you about your account or use of our Sites, services, products and/or functionality; respond to, or follow up on, your comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer service; communicate with you about special offers and other marketing communications; operate and improve our Sites, products, services, and functionality; process and deliver contest entries and rewards; authenticate your credit or debit card account information, if applicable; tailor your experience on our Sites, including search results and displaying relevant advertising; link or combine with other information we get from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service; perform statistical analysis; protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity; comply with our policies, procedures and legal obligations; and as otherwise consented to by you and as required or permitted by applicable law.

    If you do not provide us with certain of your information, we may not be able to fulfill the requested Purpose of collection, such as to respond to your queries or provide our Sites to you.

    Combined Information – We may combine your personal information with device information and location information (with your consent, where required) to serve you specifically, such as to deliver a product to you according to your preferences or restrictions, or for advertising or advertising targeting purposes. When we combine personal information, device information and location information in this way, we treat it as, and apply all of the safeguards in this Policy applicable to, your information.

    Electronic Communications – Consistent with the above Purposes, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email, text message, or mobile push notification to, for example: send you information relating to our products and services, including Transaction confirmations and updates, receipts, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; and/or, subject to the Your Choices section, below, and/or applicable law, communicate with you about contests, offers, promotions, rewards, upcoming events, and other news about products and services offered by Wuw Wuw, our parent company, our subsidiaries, our affiliates, restaurants, and other business partners. With your consent, where required, we may contact you at the mobile phone number that you provide to us by way of direct dial calls, autodialed and prerecorded message calls, and text messages in connection with the above Purposes.

    Our Role as Data Controller and Data Processor – We generally act as the data controller of your information; however, under certain Wuw Wuw programs, businesses may engage us to provide them with certain processing services related to information owned or controlled by the restaurant. We are not responsible for any businesses use of information for which it is an owner or controller. To learn more about how a restaurant may use such information, you should review its privacy notice.

    Aggregated Information – We may aggregate personal information collected from you and other users as well as device information and location information (with your consent, where required) to produce general statistics that cannot be linked to you or any other specific user and with which we attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve our services, and to analyze and understand how our Sites and products are used.

    b) Payment Card Information

    All Wuw Wuw-supported payment methods rely on third-party providers to process and payout your transactions in the following ways:

    1. Payment Processor. For Users to make a payment on a Transaction, Users are required to provide their credit card, debit or bank account details (as specified in any registration forms provided when registering for your User Account) to us when registering for a User Account. By doing so, you authorize us to provide this information to Stripe, PayPal or any other third-party payment processor we retain (the "Payment Processor").
    2. Payout Providers. For Users to receive funds from a Transaction, Users must similarly link a payout provider, such as PayPal or Stripe or any other third-party payout provider we retain to accept all payments (the “Payout Provider”), which has their own ways of getting funds to you.

    By submitting your credit, debit card or bank account information through our Sites, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with the Payment Processor and Payout Provider (“Third-Party Payment Services”) who will be handling and storing all payment information inputted into the application or website. These Third-Party Payment Services may store your credit or debit card account information so you can use our payment services through our Sites in the future to the extent permitted by local law. Payment processed by a Third-Party Payment Services and information about that payment is subject to such processor’s policies.

    You acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Third-Party Payment Services will govern your agreement and interactions with them and that Wuw Wuw’s terms and policies do not govern and that we have no liability arising from your use of or access to the Third-Party Payment Services. You should review the applicable terms and policies of the Third-Party Payment Services, including their privacy and data gathering practices. Wuw Wuw is not responsible for any arrears by the Third-Party Payment Services.

    c) Marketing and Target Advertising

    In order to understand our customers’ preferences, and better recommend products and services that are personalized to our prior customers, we may link together personal data processed for the following purposes:

    • when you make a purchase or other transaction through our Service;
    • when you attend our Events and Venues;
    • when you access and use our online Services; and
    • when you enter a contest or other promotion.

    We use this information for our legitimate interests in:

    • market research and statistical analysis in connection with the improvement of our Services;
    • personalizing the Services and future offers you see;
    • creating aggregate data using information collected on an anonymous basis about you, your spending and use of our Services with information about other users of the Services in order to identify trends (“Aggregated Data”). We may pass Aggregated Data to the third parties referred to in the section below to give them a better understanding of our business and to bring you a better service.; and
    • marketing communications by either us (or if appropriate by our third-party partners).

    We may also process this personal data for targeted advertising. We generally use targeted advertising for the purpose of marketing our Services and third-party goods and services, to send marketing communications, including by creating custom marketing audiences on third-party websites (such as Facebook). However, where consent to processing is required by law, we will link and process this information for targeted advertising only with appropriate consent.

    d) Information you Share Socially; Links to Other Websites and Mobile Applications

    Our Sites may allow you to connect and share your actions, comments, content, and information publicly or with friends. Our Sites may also allow you to connect with us on, share on, and use third-party platforms, including those on which Wuwwuw has a presence. We sometimes provide you with links to other websites or mobile applications, but these websites and mobile applications are not under our control. We are only responsible for the privacy practices and security of our Services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, content or security of any linked websites or mobile applications. We recommend that you check the privacy and security policies of each and every website and mobile application that you visit.

    The Site may integrate with social networking services. You understand that we do not control such services and are not liable for the manner in which they operate. While we may provide you with the ability to use such services in connection with our Website, we are doing so merely as an accommodation and, like you, are relying upon those third-party services to operate properly and fairly.

    You should be aware that information which you voluntarily include and transmit online in a publicly accessible blog, social network or otherwise online may be viewed and used by others. We are unable to control such uses of your information, and by using such services you assume the risk that the information provided by you may be viewed and used by third parties.

    e) Third Parties

    We do not share your information with third parties other than as described above and as follows:

    We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting or operating our Sites, data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, site analytics, data analysis, delivering marketing messages and advertisements, processing credit card payments, and providing fraud detection services). We do not authorize these third parties to use your information for purposes other than for which it has been provided, and do not authorize these third parties to disclose that information to unauthorized parties. We require these third parties to maintain appropriate security to protect your information from unauthorized access or processing.

    We may disclose your information to regulatory authorities, courts, government agencies and other third parties where we believe that doing so would be in accordance with or permitted or required by any applicable law, regulation or legal process, to defend the interests, rights, and/or property of Wuw Wuw or others, or to respond to emergencies.

    We may disclose or transfer your information to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding.

    We may share aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by our Sites. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information with third parties at our discretion.

    We may otherwise share your information as directed by you or subject to your consent.

    III. DATA SECURITY

    We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent information about you from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed; however, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information provided online. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data breach that will affect you and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

    IV. DATA RETENTION

    We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the Purposes outlined in this Policy and as otherwise needed to comply with applicable law and internal company policies.

    In some circumstances we may anonymize information about you (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use and retain this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

    V. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

    We collect information about your usage and activity on our Sites using certain technologies, such as cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. Third parties may also view, edit, or set their own cookies. We and our third-party service providers, advertisers, and/or partners may also place web beacons for such third parties.

    Cookies and web beacons are used by us and third parties for the following purposes:

    • to enable certain features of our websites (for example, to allow a customer to maintain a basket when they are shopping at an online store);
    • to analyze the traffic to and on our websites (for example, we can count how many people have looked at a specific page, or see how visitors move around the website when they use it, what website the visited prior to visiting our website, and use this information to understand user behaviors and improve the design and functionality of the website);
    • for social media integration e.g. via third-party social media cookies, or when you share information using a social media sharing button or “like” button on our Services or you link your account or engage with our content on or through a social networking website such as Facebook or Twitter; and
    • to collect information about your preferences and demographics to help target advertisements which are more likely to be of interest to you using behavioral advertising;
    • to allow us to carry out retargeting (this includes, for example, when advertisements are presented to you for products or services which you have previously looked at on a website but have not purchased).

    The use of these technologies by such third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Policy, except as required by law.

    VI. CUSTOMERS RIGHTS, CHOICES AND OPTING OUT

    a) Your Rights

    To the extent applicable law grants you the right to do so, you may contact us any time, to:

    • request that we provide you with a copy of the personal data which we hold about you;
    • request that we update any of your personal data which are inaccurate or incomplete;
    • request that we delete any of your personal data which we are holding;
    • request that we restrict the way that we process your personal data;
    • request that we provide your personal data to you or a third-party provider of services in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
    • object to us processing personal data based on our legitimate interests, including profiling; or
    • object to us processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

    Your request must include your name, email address and postal address and we may request proof of your identity. Please allow at least seven working days for us to process your request.

    b) Your Choices

    Email – If you do not want to receive marketing and promotional emails from Wuw Wuw, you may click on the "unsubscribe" link in the email to unsubscribe and opt-out of marketing email communications. If you have an Wuw Wuw account, you may also opt-out of marketing emails in your account settings. Alternatively, to the extent that applicable law requires your prior opt-in consent to receive marketing and promotional emails, you can choose not to opt-in. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving marketing communications from one or all of our Sites, we may need to send you service-related communications, such as confirmations of any future reservations you make.

    Mobile Push Notifications – You can use the settings on your mobile device to enable or turn off mobile push notifications from Wuw Wuw.

    Text Messages – If you no longer want to receive text messages from Wuw Wuw, reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) in the text message. If you have a Wuw Wuw account, you may also adjust your account settings to opt-out of text messages. Alternatively, to the extent that applicable law requires your prior opt-in consent to receive text messages, you can choose not to opt-in.

    Cookie Choices – If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, you can manage/deny cookies (and certain technologies) using your browser’s settings menu. You must opt out of third-party services and their use of cookies directly via the third party.

    Application location choices – As detailed in the Categories of Personal Data We Collect section, above, we may collect information about your location if you enable location services through the settings in your mobile device, or, as required, with your consent. You can change the privacy settings of your device at any time to turn off the sharing of this location information with our Sites. If you choose to turn off location services, this could affect certain features or services of our Sites. If you have specific questions about the privacy settings of your device, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your device or your mobile service provider for help.

    In addition to the above methods of exercising choice, we may provide you with additional choices regarding the processing of your information, which you may exercise by contacting us. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable as required by applicable law.

    c) Opting Out

    Where we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you may change your mind and withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in an email or by adjusting the push message settings for the mobile application.

    You can also withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications or any other consent you have previously provided to us by contacting us.

    The consequence of you withdrawing consent might be that we cannot perform certain services for you, such as location-based services, the availability of personalized services or relevant advertising, or other services conditioned on your consent.

    VII. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

    We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on this page so that we can keep you informed about how we process your personal data. We recommend that you consult this page frequently so that you are aware of our latest Privacy Policy and can update your preferences if necessary. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute your acceptance of any revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy or any modified version of this Policy, your sole recourse is to terminate your use of our Sites.

    If we make any changes to this Policy that materially impacts previously collected information about you, we will obtain your prior express consent.
